Does anyone know the difference between the Wisconsin Supreme case and the one that was thrown out with prejudice today at the Federal level? There are so many frivolous cases that it is hard to keep up.

But what scheme are Trump and the GOP coming up with. You know there is some obscure/rule law that normally is a formality that they are looking for. Probably something like only a Statehouse building custodian can unlock the doors to let the electors in to vote, but the custodian has to get permission from the state legislatures.

This is the difference between Democrats and Republicans, if a Dem said something like this the Reps would be talking about this and linking every Democrat to this...they would be talking about it so much that the MSM would start asking every Democrat they interview if they believe in this....political commercials would be made tying Democratic candidates to this message
