A California man who is on the FBIs Most Wanted List for allegedly attacking police during the Jan. 6 Capitol riot has claimed asylum in the former Soviet republic of Belarus. Evan Neumann, 48, was charged in July on six separate counts, including assaulting officers and violent entry, after being identified from footage of the storming of Congress. But by then he had already sold his house in the Bay Area and fled to Europe, initially hiding out in Ukraine before deciding to cross over into Belarusoften described as Europes last dictatorship.
His hosts appear delighted to have him. Belarus state TV portrayed him as a victim of government persecution and described him as the same type of simple American whose shops were burned by Black Lives Matter activists. In an interview with the channel, reported by the Moscow Times, Neumann said he had decided to leave Ukraine after finding himself being tailed by security officials. He told how he encountered wild boar and snakes as he made his way across the swampy marshland dividing Ukraine and Belarus, before being arrested on the border on Aug. 15. He said that the charges against him were unfounded.

Anti-vax Illinois teacher who'd ranted at school board meetings for months was actually vaccinate
Source: raw story
Sarah K. Burris November 07, 2021
For months, math and business teacher Kadence Koen of Springfield School District 186 had been fighting the Illinois state mandate demanding that teachers provide proof of their vaccine or submit to weekly COVID testing. As it turns out, that whole time, she was actually vaccinated.
"Earlier, Koen uploaded a copy of the card to Gina McLaughlin-Schurman, the district's assistant superintendent of human resources," The State Journal-Register revealed Sunday. "The card showed she received her first dose of the vaccine on June 29, with the second dose coming on July 19, well before Illinois Gov. JB Pritzker came out with the mandate about school personnel.
Koen had until Wednesday to do a "remediation plan" the district outlined during an Oct. 27 meeting and would begin unpaid leave on Nov. 17. She then turned over her card showing that she'd actually been vaccinated the whole time she was fighting the district.
"I didn't want to have to produce a vaccination card because I don't think that's legal or appropriate, but if you ask me to choose between my personal beliefs and my students, my students will win," Koen said. "My mother said that I was a round peg in a round hole (at Southeast) and I do well with kids there and that's where I belong. I know I make a difference there. I can't imagine my life not teaching."

I do think lots of folks were quite sane before Trump came along. Sure the Rush Limpballs were around for decades but Trump somehow just gave them permission to be insane and stupid by the example he set-to all to see and hear.
MAGA has poisoned America with their lies and hypocrisy.

The U.S. Navy has christened a ship named after slain gay rights leader Harvey Milk

The U.S. Navy has launched and christened a ship named for the slain gay rights leader Harvey Milk, who served in the Navy during the Korean War but was discharged after being questioned about his sexual orientation.
The 742 foot long ship that launched from San Diego on Saturday is the second of six new vessels in the Navy's fleet oiler program, which will help replenish fuel for other Navy ships that are already out at sea. The Navy plans to eventually have 20 ships in the program.
Naming the ship after an icon of the LGBTQ rights movement represents a symbolic milestone for the military following a long history in which gay service members were unable to serve openly. Secretary of the Navy Carlos Del Toro said it helps right the wrongs of the past and shows a commitment to current and future LGBTQ service members. It's estimated that 100,000 veterans have been discharged from military service because of their sexual orientation.
"Leaders like Harvey Milk taught us that diversity of backgrounds and experiences help contribute to the strength and resolve of our nation. There is no doubt that the future Sailors aboard this ship will be inspired by Milk's life and legacy," Del Toro said.......................

Two brothers said they never asked Kyle Rittenhouse or anyone else to guard their Kenosha car dealership.
Rittenhouse's defense attorneys have said the teenager was asked to protect the property on August 25, 2020.
The brothers' testimony is significant for prosecutors' efforts to paint Rittenhouse as a vigilante.

OFALLON, Mo. (AP) A federal lawsuit accuses the National Rifle Association of violating campaign finance laws by using shell companies to illegally funnel up to $35 million to Republican candidates, including former President Donald Trump, Sen. Josh Hawley of Missouri and others.
The Campaign Legal Center filed the lawsuit Tuesday in Washington on behalf of Giffords, a gun-control nonprofit founded by former Democratic U.S. Rep. Gabby Giffords. It accuses the NRA of practices dating to 2014 to evade campaign finance regulations by using a series of shell corporations to illegally but surreptitiously coordinate advertising with at least seven candidates for federal office.
The lawsuit names as defendants Hawley and U.S. Rep. Matt Rosendale of Montana, but the text of the lawsuit also accuses the NRA of excessive and unreported in-kind contributions to the campaigns of Trump and Republican Sens. Thom Tillis of North Carolina, Ron Johnson of Wisconsin, Tom Cotton of Arkansas and former Sen. Cory Gardner of Colorado. The contributions to Rosendale were during his unsuccessful 2018 Senate campaign, according to the lawsuit.....................................

Though the video was created off campus at a private home and shared outside of school hours, the unacceptable and disturbing actions of these students negatively impact their school and all of our students, White Knoll Principal Ted Daughtrey wrote in an email to parents.

When former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani and ex-New York City Police Chief Bernie Kerik found themselves out thousands of dollars on hotel rooms and travel costs for their efforts to overturn Donald Trump's election loss, one person came to their rescue: Fox News host Jeanine Pirro.
The longtime cable news staple arranged for the Trump campaign to reimburse Kerik and Giuliani, payments that may jeopardize the former president's claim to executive privilege, according to a new report in the Washington Post.
In all, more than $225,000 in campaign cash went to both men including close to $50,000 for suites at the tony Willard Hotel in Washington, D.C., which Trump's inner circle took to calling the "command center," according to previous reports.
.......................................
"How do I know I'm gonna get my money back?" Kerik told the paper he thought at the time.
.......................................
Richard Ben-Veniste, a former Watergate prosecutor, agreed with that assessment, calling Trump's defense "wildly broad."
"[This] further undermines a wildly broad assertion of executive privilege," Ben-Veniste told the Post. "Executive privilege is typically limited to the protection of communications involving a president's official duties not to those relating to personal or political campaign matters."

CRT outrage is about hiding actual history and taking control of culture so that itll become an indoctrination cycle. Deep State/QAnon nonsense is about explaining globalism and de-industrialization through supernatural means.
These are cycles weve seen over and over.

History tells us that when the rich and powerful feel things shifting they employ conspiracy theories to reassert control. Once that happens, they double down on censorship, bring culture and education to order, and use fascistic violence as protection. Its a cycle.
