North Carolina I-95 NO $$$---my support of the NBA and the NCAA
There are 182 miles of I-95 in North Carolina. I drive through there many times per year and have stopped spending money there. I will not buy gas, eat there or spend the night. As a person seeking equality for all it's the least I can do to support the opponents of HB2. Here's the math and the money tax on rooms along I-95 is 9%----Fuel 20 gallons at 2 = 40 x 2 ---both ways ---$80 ---lodging $75 x 2 ---$150-----meals 30 x 2 ---60. It all adds up and if the sports world is doing their part, then I must do mine. Don't worry about bathroom breaks, there are rest areas every 50 miles.
