How Obama Could Win Supreme Court Battle — Even If Republicans Take the White House

But even if the Senate refuses to confirm Obama's pick and a Republican wins the White House, there is one way Obama can still get his nominee confirmed.
It could all come down to 17 crucial days in January.
If Democrats win back the Senate and lose the White House in November, they would control both branches of government for about two weeks before Obama leaves office. That overlap in the transition of power is set in stone. The Constitution mandates the new Congress begins work on January 3, while President Obama stays in power until January 20.
So if Democrats take back the Senate, President Obama could send a Supreme Court nominee to that new Democratic majority, which would have 17 days to change the filibuster rules and ram in a vote before a new President takes power.

So the one guy that can stop Obamas agenda. Just happens to end up dead just at the perfect time for Obama. He dies with a pillow over his head. We are told he dies of a heart attack. Then a judge signs the death certificate over the phone. Then we are told no need for an autupsy and by the way he didn't die of a heart attack it must have been natural causes. CNN Washington DC - RNC Chairman Reince Priebus announced today that he will be donating all of the bricks the RNC has s**t over Donald Trump's aggressive staying power to Habitat For Humanity.
"At first, we figured "We should at least make some money from this," because as Republicans, we really believe that if you teach a man to fish, he can become a fisherman, but if you give a man a fish, what the f**k is wrong with you," noted Priebus.
"Then we saw a few articles about how Ted Cruz is virtually ignoring any voters outside of the wealthy, white, evangelical demographic, and thought that if we at least pretended to care about those people with a passing gesture, we might also get them to vote Republican."
When asked how many bricks the RNC will be donating, Priebus replied "We did an assessment and concluded that the bricks can be used to build 342 single-family homes for low income families."
Asked if this will be a one-time donation, Priebus assured our reporters that "It's a long way to November. I'd plan on at least another couple of hundred homes."
