Sen. Barbara Mikulski is among the 2016 Medal of Freedom recipients

Retiring Sen. Barbara A. Mikulski (D-Md.) is among the 17 Americans who next week will be awarded a Presidential Medal of Freedom, the nation’s highest civilian honor.

The longest-serving woman in the history of Congress, Mikulski is being honored for her work on equal pay for women, science research and funding, health care and college affordability, the White House said.

When Mussolini spoke of "corporatism" what he was referring to is a moderate form of guild socialism or syndicalism. Mussolini was claiming that fascism was in actuality the realization of the goals and ideals of guild socialism / syndicalism. He meant nothing that resembles our modern commercial corporations.

I think you are missing the point . ....

,... the point is that hillary has wide, deep and strong support amongst Democrats and independents, including those here on DU, who are not billionaires , millionaires, 1 percenters, oligarchs , wall street economic criminals or any of the other supposed riff-raff that she is accused of being subservient to.

That support amoung those good people is due to their justified belief that hillary will best serve their interests and the best interest of our country as a whole. Slander and vilification for what amounts to be nothing more than running an effective broad-based campaign for the presidency is, imho, petty and lame.
