I'm trying to figure out who the Senate candidates are and what are the current polling numbers....
This is what I need clarity on:
Raphael Warnock (D) Vrs. Kelly Loeffler (R) ?
Jon Ossoff (D) Vrs. David Perdue (R) ?
Are there two seats in the running at the same time? Do I have the correct candidates? If so, does anyone know what the poll numbers are in these races? I've googled and am getting conflicting information.
Thanks for your help (I'll also post in the Georgia forum).
I'm sending an email to my friends regarding the Senate races....
I have a very progressive circle of friends and we're more like family than friends -we're LGBTQ- So when I say that, I'm being literal. We're all from different states and have called California home for 25-30 years. We spend holidays together, are aware of what's going on in everyone's lives like brothers and sisters, and are each others' emergency people. One of us got Cancer last year and we were the ones at the hospital during the surgery, took her to Chemo, and I stayed with her at her place for over two weeks. Some of us are single, some married, some coupled, etc.
I'm laying out this information because I'm the one in the group they call when something happens politically and they have questions. They also share with other friends and co-workers what they know. I'm going to send them an email regarding which Senate races would best be served by their contributions. Some will donate money, some will make calls, etc.
Here's my question: Is there a site in which I can go that will give me the latest polling numbers? I've kept up with the races that look like we have a chance to flip but I know that things can change regularly. For example, from what I've seen Doug Jones is WAY behind in Alabama so it doesn't seem like that particular race would reap rewards for the Dems. It looks like Susan Collins is 12 points behind Sarah Gideon; and the latest I've seen is that Jaime Harrison and Lindsey Graham are tied.
When I send them the email, I'd like to add what the latest poll numbers are.
Thank you to anyone who can give me some feedback...
Can any of you Texans (or former Texans) tell me
what kind of area Thorndale, TX is? My understanding is that it's between Austin and San Marcos. I have a friend who's thinking about moving there...Thanks for any input. (I'll post in the TX group too).

Has anyone read the recent book by John Dean...
Authoritarian Nightmare? I'm trying to decide which of the many recently released books that I should get as I'm on a budget and can't get them all....Thanks for anyone's input...
I know there are multiple nightmares occurring at once
but I have a question a little off the Woodward book. In fact, I think I saw the question posted here first.
Regarding the rape case against dt and Barr trying to take over the case, someone mentioned this could be a delay tactic for dt having to submit his DNA. Would Mary Trump's DNA or dt's sister's DNA help this case?
Should Peter Strzok say what he knows?
Peter Strzok: "What I Saw With Trump Is 'Deeply Concerning" | (Morning Joe).
I don't know about the legalities and oaths of confidentiality but for God's sake if the nation's at stake doesn't that overrule everything?!? I don't know what to think about this.....! I'd love DU'ers feedback.
dt's campaign advertising on Craig's List again...

Does anyone have any ideas on how we can
FLOOD Facebook with calls, emails, whatever so that they will frickin' control and eliminate the Russian bots, fake info. etc.?
