Lately, many of us are pretty disgusted with CNN For lots of reasons that I won’t go into here. I think most of us already know what’s going on.

But Victor Blackwell is not part of that. Some Republican strategist guest named Julie just tried to push a “both sides” canard regarding the Paul Pelosi attack, and political violence. Victor did not let her get away with it and this is not the first time I’ve seen him do this. Was anybody else watching? I’ll try to find a video of it and post it if I can, but I thought we should recognize that he is being very courageous.

We have had two in the last couple of hours. They normally only run during the middle of the night. Just wondered of this is occurring elsewhere. I’m in Texas.

I’ve been watching her all day and she has been impressive at every turn. Great arguments for progressive Democrats sticking to their position. Her interviewers keep trying to make her feel guilty for “risking everything”, and she doesn’t take that bait.

Gives me hope that, for once, Progressives won’t be (as usual) the ones that always have to give in.

He said that former Prime Minister Tony Blair’s called the Biden administration’s response to this (the re-emergence of the Taliban) “IMBECILIC”.

When I heard it, it did not ring true to me that our ally would say that, so I looked up exactly what he said.

Here is what he really said:

So he thought the political slogan “forever wars” was imbecilic, not the Biden administration’s response.

Just read that Tim Robbins said Bob Roberts came true, referring to Trump.

I noticed several different people using it. When I pointed this out to my husband, he then started noticing how frequently this word was used too and the next 14 times it was used we remarked about it.

Since their candidate is pretty much uncontested, why wouldn’t they just vote in our primary?
