OliverQ
OliverQ's JournalRosenstein just implied Trump could be indicted.
At his Newseum interview, he said the crap Republicans are pulling with trying to impeach him is ridiculous, and the DoJ won't be extorted by them.
He also said the DoJ has in the past "opined" that a sitting President can't be indicted, but that one should not make any determination of the current situation based on that.
Doesn't mean Mueller will indict him, but it does seem like Rosenstein is leaving the door open for that possibility.
Adam Schiff on the Mueller Questions
Adam is concerned about the money issues that don't seem to be on the list such as Deutsche Bank, the NRA Russian funding, etc.
Do you think Mueller avoided Trump's red line on his finances or will those likely be questions that he's not given a heads up on but Mueller is still looking at?
My insurance just went up by 25%.
Wow. My insurance always goes up in May. Biggest jump I've seen in the like 10 years I've had this insurance. It's insane how terrible healthcare insurance is in this country. As though I wasn't struggling enough as it was.
/sigh
Russia succeeding again?
This whole Michelle Wolf thing is insane. I've never seen such pathetically hypocritical outrage from those who had no issue bashing Hillary and those who constantly ignore or defend Trump's endless insults.
Even I'm losing respect for media organizations over this. Which is exactly what Russia wants. Destroying the Press is the first step towards a dictatorship.
Pompeo confirmed. Stupid DINOs.
The man is a Trump cult lunatic who hates gays. He has no business being the top Diplomat.
DoJ IG now going after Comey
Just saw on CNN, the Inspector General is now investigating whether Comey's memos were classified when he gave them to his friend at Columbia.
DoJ is sure going hard at anyone who was a witness to Trump's obstruction.
Any reassuring thoughts on what's about to happen?
So now we know Trump tried to fire Mueller in December. Maggie Haberman says he tried to do it even more times than reported. And new reports today that Trump is looking at firing Rosenstein.
On top of that, McConnell and Paul Ryan are refusing to hold a vote to protect Mueller which means they will absolutely let Trump fire him.
This is terrifying. If Trump fires Rosenstein/Mueller and Republicans do nothing, we're officially a dictatorship. Trump and the GOP are completely immune from the law. Mueller may have a plan to release indictments, but he still can't do anything about Trump and Congress still won't lift a finger.
This is causing so much anxiety!
Lou Dobbs called for the "SOB Mueller" to be fired immediately.
That pathetic demon isn't worthy to shine Mueller's shoes, yet he has the audacity to say he's out of control and demands his firing.
Can we start boycotting Lou Dobbs? I'm so sick of these evil people getting away with this nonsense. Fox and everyone on there needs to be shut down.
Anyone pick this up on Rachel tonight?
I'm watching the re-run of Rachel since I wasn't home earlier.
She talked about the court filing that came out late last night giving Mueller authority to investigate Manafort's Ukraine ties.
She mentioned on page 42 of the filing, it seems to indicate that the prosecutors on Muellers team are actually independent and work through other divisions including FARA and Tax division and that if Mueller got fired, his team of prosecutors would continue the investigation.
In other words, Trump firing Mueller still won't shut down this investigation.
That sounds promising, although I'm still concerned Trump will get away with this due to not being able to be indicted.
