The media is falling all over themselves to make GHW Bush out to be some saint. He was far from it. But like all past Presidents, he looks great in the rear view mirror because Trump is so vile and unfit. You have to wonder what they will say when Trump passes away. That he was not so bad?
Trump before election and after
Trump had it made. His shady dealings had made him rich, he was famous from reality TV, he hung at mar-a-logo with people kissing his butt. The campaign was great, rallies, calling into "Fox and Friends" from his gold toilet. The cable TV coverage was awesome! Trump could say anything, criticize anybody, rake Hillary and Obama over the coals, and call people names like a kid on the schoolyard. He had no record of any public service, and no government experience. But he could fix it all! Yee Haa!
Then he won. Now he has to go to work, know stuff, make decisions, and the press and the democrats are up his rear with a flashlight. No way he signed up for this.
America, the end of Trump is near. Brace yourself. He won't go easy.
Ted Turner reveals Lewy body dementia
I used to work for Ted Turner back in the old CNN days. It kind of sucked, because everybody got minimum wage. This was 1981 or so. But it was fun because everybody was young, it was party time in Atlanta, and Ted never fired anybody. I mean you really had to screw up bad to even get close to getting fired. Ted would throw these parties on the lawn at Techwood, and pull a beer truck up and everyone, even those on air during breaks, were getting buzzed. Then we would pile on buses and Ted would run us down to the stadium for a baseball game. I only talked to him a couple of times, but he was down to earth, I can tell you that. I was standing next to him at a company party once and the stock had just put his net worth over a billion dollars. He was talking to us in a circle and drinking Budweiser out of a can. Back then we were doing straight up news, and CNN is nothing today like it was back then. The funny thing was we hated "big corporate news" - which is what CNN became. But back then Ted was the one with the vision, you had to give him that. I was sorry to hear about his health. Everybody said the CNN we knew died when Ted lost control of the company. I would agree with that.

Why should Kim trust Trump?
Trump has a history of making "deals" and then not holding up his end. His word is worthless. Kim has to know this. So this whole summit is a photo op. Kim won't give up a thing that can be verified. He's no Trump sucker buying a leaky condo.
How can Trump know anything about Kim?
First, Trump does not read and has no interest in history. Second, he could not tell (or lied) about his campaign staff working with Russia. He is such a judge of character? Yeah, right. How, in the first minute, when translators are going back and forth, will Trump know anything? He will smile with his phony teeth and grin for the cameras. Kim will offer some BS, which can't be verified. He won't give up nuke one. Trump, however, will give away the store. He might even pull US troops out of South Korea. He will leave Japan twisting in the wind. He doesn't care. As long as he can play the meeting up like a success he will do anything Kim wants. Some deal maker. The world has wised up to Trump. When will his "base?"

All these shit Sunday shows. How about the fact that nobody needs a fucking AR-15 outside
of military and law enforcement. This country is out of its mind on guns.
This is not the time
This is not the time to talk about guns. The Florida community needs to grieve. And the funerals, and tributes, and the outcry about loss of young people. And a few weeks will go by. And the shooting will be forgotten. Another mass shooting? Which one was that? And by that time Trump will have done something else crazy. And there will never be any discussion about guns or gun control. And the next nut job will walk into a gun store and buy an AR-15 over the counter, legal. It's the American way, after all.

He could take a dump in their front yard and they would still support him! Because he's "like them" and speaks like them - which is to say a total moron. You don't want some shithead as President.
