Joe is running a good campaign!!

I think some of our Democrats are too young to remember the days when Democrats had ZERO Wall Street money, no Mark Cubans, no Soroses. We had boots on the ground. In 1968, our leading candidate was shot, our young voters hated us for the Vietnam War, we had the assassination of our main civil rights leader, we had a candidate with no great charisma and we still almost pulled it off. We almost beat an incumbent President in 2004. Hell, Joe won even when we had BLM protests scaring suburbanites!

Joe is not making the mistakes of Hillary. He’s running hard in the industrial states. Pennsylvania and Michigan have incredible ground game.

Word has gotten out that he is the best president that Labor ever had. He saved thousands of pensions. He protects unions. He’s brought back manufacturing.

The enthusiasm in Detroit was palpable. Hillary got tepid response in the Midwest.

His base is solid. For a Democratic candidate to win, he needs to pull a sliver more of the white male vote. He’s doing that.

The DC politicians are panicking because they don’t know how to do retail politics. They never had to win without money.

For the first time in decades, Joe has made the union vote relevant. People will embrace being relevant.

He’s got women and young people. Suburban women were zooming in to hear Heather Cox Richardson’s presentation on Project 25 by 100s of thousands. I’ve NEVER seen that type of engagement.

He will slice into the male vote - he’s made hard hat labor respectable again.

Hillary only lost by a tiny margin of votes in a number of states. Joe is rebuilt the coalition and getting those votes back (again).

Why don’t the polls reflect that? Polls are crazy during convention times. I only wish we had won every election based on polling after Democratic conventions. I think we were up 17 points after Dukakis. Bill Clinton was 3rd until the convention and debates. People are doing the “am I better off with him or without him analysis.” They’ve hit Joe as hard as they can hit him and he’s still holding his own.

It’s like Christmas thinking of how many speeches we can make lauding his accomplishments at the Convention.

We’re going to win! We’re going to save democracy. It’s a f***ing privilege to do so!

This is their convention week. Ours will come. Gavin, Gretchen and

real Dems will be lighting the place up.

I’ll never forget 2012 when Granholm got the crowd roaring with new jobs brought to every state by Obama. It lit a fire 🔥 and things got better and better. Bill Clinton speech was a closing argument - one of the best ever.

We have talent. (Joe gave a barn burner at SOU). Hang in there!

Well I guess Aileen Cannon has us talking about something else

11th Circuit shut her down before. I’m expecting the same. Then appeal to SC. Alito and Thomas on cannon’s side. Will Roberts throw out all precedence???
