That whole three branches thing really is a pesky nuisance to these far right loons, is it not?
Justice Clarence Thomas Has Been Secretly Lobbying Senators to Get Trump Judicial Nominee Confirmed
In a rare move Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas has been secretly lobbying Republican Senators to urge them to vote to confirm President Donald Trump's highly controversial judicial nominee, Neomi Rao.
Justice Thomas "is working behind the scenes to boost the prospects of his former law clerk, Neomi Rao, to serve on a powerful federal appeals court in Washington," The Washington Post reports Thursday.
------------
Most recently, Judge, and now Justice Brett Kavanaugh sat on the D.C. Court of Appeals. Neomi Rao, whose rulings and stated beliefs are considered far out of the mainstream and by some entirely inappropriate for any judge sitting on the federal bench, is President Trump's nominee to replace Kavanaugh now that he has been elevated to the nation's top court. Four of the nation's current sitting Supreme Court justices came directly from the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia.

How the hell did this no mark gain so much influence? He needs to bugger off. He would literally suspend democracy to achieve Brexit.... good grief.
Far right extremist warns of a rise in far right extremism if he does not get his way....
The 49-year-old has made a variety of suggestions including suspending the Commons to ensure a no-deal and that 'no-deal was better than a bad deal.'
Now Rees-Mogg is claiming that if the 2016 referendum result is overturned and MPs 'defy democracy' it will result in the rise of 'right-wing extremism.'
Speaking at his sold-out Spectator event at the London Palladium on Tuesday night, Rees-Mogg warned that any attempt to stay in the EU would result in a victory for the likes of Tommy Robinson.
If we try to stay and we stay beyond the European elections, there will only be one winner from that, and that would be Tommy Robinson.
Rees-Mogg shared an article from the Telegraph covering the quote and people were quick to point out something from Rees-Mogg's past which would contradict his opposition to the rise of right-wing extremism.

Everything Trump does is a lie, and often illegal.... Tis enough already
Trump Ordered Officials to Give Jared Kushner a Security Clearance
President Trump ordered his chief of staff to grant his son-in-law and senior adviser, Jared Kushner, a top-secret security clearance last year, overruling concerns flagged by intelligence officials and the White Houses top lawyer, four people briefed on the matter said.
Mr. Trumps decision in May so troubled senior administration officials that at least one, the White House chief of staff at the time, John F. Kelly, wrote a contemporaneous internal memo about how he had been ordered to give Mr. Kushner the top-secret clearance.
The White House counsel at the time, Donald F. McGahn II, also wrote an internal memo outlining the concerns that had been raised about Mr. Kushner including by the C.I.A. and how Mr. McGahn had recommended that he not be given a top-secret clearance.

President Trump repeatedly has denied ever having anything to do with obtaining security clearances for members of his family, including Kushner and Ivanka Trump, who is the First Daughter and White House Advisor to the President.

Pelosi to fellow Democrats: Suck it up on tough votes--'This is not a day at the beach'
The results of a Thursday morning Democratic conference in the House were apparent in the votes this morning to expand gun purchase background checks from three to 20 days. Only two Democrats voted for a Republican poison pill offered as a motion to recommit (MTR) the bill, after 26 Democrats defected on a similar effort Wednesday.
That Wednesday vote exposed a growing problem in the Democratic leadership, in which Speaker Nancy Pelosi, Majority Leader Steny Hoyer, and Majority Whip James Clyburn are at odds. Pelosi has been trying to enforce some discipline in her conference, keeping them all on board to fight Republican shenanigans. Unfortunately, Hoyer and Clyburn haven't been enforcing. Quite the oppositethey've encouraged the "moderates" in the conference to "vote their districts," even if it means giving fuel to Republicans.
Pelosi's frustration reportedly boiled over Thursday morning, and she had some harsh truths for her conference. "This is not a day at the beach," she reportedly told the members complaining about having to take hard votes on Democratic priorities. "This is the Congress of the United States." She even floated the possibility of withholding help from the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee, "although her threat may be more bluster than reality, according to Democratic lawmakers and aides."
"We are either a team or weren't not," she told members, "and we have to make that decision." After the meeting she told reporters that Democrat have to simply vote against these procedural motions and deny the Republicans "leverage." "I'm a big believer in respecting the whole House and the rights of the minority to have their say," Pelosi said. "I think we should just vote against all motions to recommit. It's a procedural vote, it's a 'gotcha' on the part of the opposition."

Trump called Kim a great leader today (yesterday|). He is a murderous dictator. Thats the kind of leader Trump likes. Hes an embarrassment to decent people. He and his cultists must be politically defeated without pity or sentimentality.
Oh and remember Kim had an American killed. But while the right blames Obama for that they say nothing while Trump calls him a great leader. If Obama had said that about him, Goober and his other brother Goober would have tried to drag him out of the WH and lynch him
