Not Heidi's JournalGot any new verbed nouns?
I need some new ones; I'm not sure I'm irritated enough yet.
All are welcome to interpret these seven digits

Edit: A guy in a parking lot said to me, "Heh. so you got a Camry to go 60!"
Writers, check in
I'm curious as to how many writers - from those who keep private journals to published authors and everything in between - we have here.
Chime in, one and all.
I write for myself. Yesterday I began something new, something I've never tried. I'd like to see it published, but I'll use a nom de plume.
Tell us about what you write.
Write a limerick.
The only one I've written, from many years ago, in memory of my Harry.
A gray cat named Charley McNab
Took a trip to the Chesapeake by cab
He settled in Waldorf
And lived on a small wharf
And spent his days fishing for crab
Yours? I'm eager to read what you come up with!
Did you know that Heisenberg had a cat?
There are several other videos featuring Owl Kitty.
Great stuff. 😸
Will Kemp be defeated? And others
What are the chances that these Republicans
Abbott
De Santis
Kemp
Rubio
Steel (CA-45)
will be defeated?
I'm curious about all the races, but these I the ones I care most about.
I hope the hardest about the race in my own district, CA- Dem Jay Chen is running an extensive grassroots campaign (for which I'm phone banking). All Steel can seem to do is throw cheap and hurtful racist attacks at him. She calls Chen "China's choice for Congress." She is Asian herself. Racist b.
She advertises nothing about her record. She co-sponsored bill with none other than Ted Cruz that would ban certain types of birth control. Isn't that precious? 🤢 Effing panderer.
Call me weird, crazy, or lame:
I've just joined Parler.
My display name is a very old nickname: Aunt Lefty the Nimble. (I'm left-handed.) Wonder if anyone will blast me.

Things that aren't a thing, but should be. Got any ideas?
How about pre-crumbed butter sticks? 🧈

Maggie is at peace.
Turns out that a growth on Maggie's neck was a cancerous lymph node. Doc diagnosed this by her experience. She said Maggie's rapid weight loss and obvious great discomfort were additional signs of cancer. We'd all noticed the lump, but Maggie had a cold so we figured it was just a swollen lymph node. In retrospect, I realize that it had grown appreciably in the last week. I feel stupid that this didn't register with me.
When we got home, my sister had to tell my niece that Maggie was gone. My niece's sobbing from my sister's room broke my heart all over again.
Maggie died peacefully - with a tiny little blep. 😸
Thank you all, once again, for your support. This community has held me up more times than I can remember.
