The Burisma investigation began in 2018 and its intention was to bring down Joe Biden and keep Trump in the White House.
It did not take over 5 years to determine that Hunter Biden was a drug addict who didn't pay his taxes and lied on a gun application.
Merrick Garland claims he is an institutionalist which means his goal is to protect the FBI, DOJ, and Congress. If he allows the real story to be told about Burisma, it will tarnish the FBI, DOJ, and Congress.
Special Counsel Weiss indicted Alexander Smirnov because he had to, a judge was about to release discovery to Hunter Biden's lawyer. The release of discovery would have implicated Bill Barr, Donaghue, Rosen, US attorney Scott Brady, and Weiss himself in a fraudulent investigation.
The Burisma investigation needs to be investigated and that's on Garland. How did Congressional Magats receive information about the investigation before it was completed? Did Weiss leak it to Jordan, Comer, and Grassley? Maybe Putin leaked it to them?
I believe that this is what will happen; Smirnov will be given a sweetheart plea deal just to keep him silent. Garland will not announce any investigation into an investigation that was clearly done to bring down Joe Biden and influence the 2020 and 2024 election . No, Merrick Garland will do what he said he would do, he will protect the FBI, DOJ, and Congress by burying the truth.
Guaranteed we will hear no more about Burisma, because it may influence the 2024 election against Trump and that would be partisan.

Mark Meadows Does Not Deserve Total Immunity
We don't really know what kind of immunity that Meadows has but this guy was involved in everything, he needs to do jail time.
Tony Bobulinski, Hunter Biden's former business partner is another Alexander Smirnov, a fraud. At a Trump rally Cassidy Hutchinson saw Mark Meadows talking with Bobulinski who was wearing a mask and Meadows gave him an envelope and now Bobulinski is a whistleblower claiming that the Bidens took influence money from China. (I wonder what was in that envelope?) Cassidy even has a photo she took of Meadows talking with Bobulinski. Bobulinski is calling Cassidy a liar.

I heard some discussion last week about Trump's plans. We know that organizations like the Federalist Society and the Heritage Foundation and several other right wing organizations have been right behind Trump, for example:
Trump didn't really pick Gorsuch, Barrett, and Kavanaugh, the Federalist Society gave Trump a list of names to pick from.
I imagine the same goes for Trump's picking Christopher Wray for FBI Director, he was on a list provided by the Federalist Society.
I hear that Trump will go rogue on these organizations, from now on Trump will make up his own mind, he will pick someone like Aileen Cannon for the Supreme Court. he will pick someone like Steve Bannon for FBI Director.
Yeah, way worse. The monster is out of control.
There Are Many Threads About The Bogus Hunter Biden Investigation
My bottom line is, there needs to be an investigation of the investigation, full blown special counsel. Yeah it will take time but it may send a message that certain people in Congress and in government do not have immunity.

The Bogus Hunter Biden Investigation
David Weiss indicted Smirnov to protect his own ass, to protect Barr, Donaghue, and Rosen's asses. A judge was about to release discovery to Hunter's lawyer that would have laid bare this bogus investigation, and Merrick Garland knows this.
There is a pattern with Garland; Bill Barr chose to defend Trump in the E. Jean Carroll lawsuit claiming that defaming someone was an official duty of the president. When Garland takes over he chose to continue Barr's decision to represent Trump (the office) against Carroll. This is why Carroll had to do her 2nd lawsuit ahead of her 1st one. A district court had ruled against Garland about the official duty claim and Carroll was waiting on the decision of the Appeals court. After a lengthy period of time when Garland's defense of Trump looked bad he finally dropped his defense of Trump.
Bill Barr, Donaghue, Rosen, Weiss are all involved in a bogus investigation of Hunter Biden, it starts in 2018. The investigation continues into Merrick Garland's term. He allows it to continue. The Weiss indictment of Smirnov is a coverup should be the headline.
They are working right now for a sweetheart plea deal for Smirnov so that he keeps his silence. Is Merrick Garland going to allow this to happen?

The reason that Weiss indicted Smirnov was because the judge was going to release discovery to Hunter Biden's lawyer and that discovery would implicate Weiss, Donaghue, Rosen, and Bill Barr.
Weiss indicted Smirnov to protect his ass, and the asses of Donaghue, Rosen, and Barr.

To this point, Merrick Garland looked monumentally incompetent and not up to the job. After today, it’s clear he’s fully supportive of Wise, Weiss, Burr and the rest of the Barr / Rosenstein deadenders engaged in the corrupt Hunter prosecutions and attacks on the administration. The president needs to have him and the rest of these assholes forcibly removed from the Justice Dept. Anything less is political and parental malpractice.
Garland defenders, someone on Marcy's article is saying that Garland was complicit in the fraudulent investigation, correct me if I'm wrong. Or they are saying that Garland knew it was bogus but was too timid to stop it.
