I frequently deliver to the Pahrump WalMart and I've heard stories about how corrupt the NCSO was under the old
Sheriff, Sharon Wherly and this David Boruchowitz.
If this is true, I hope they nail his hide to the wall.
Nye County Sheriff's captain indicted on federal charges.
https://pvtimes.com/uncategorized/nye-county-sheriffs-captain-indicted-on-federal-charges-123987/A powerful Nye County sheriffs captain, whose questionable conduct was exposed in a Las Vegas Review-Journal investigation last year, was arrested Friday and later pleaded not guilty to federal charges of wire fraud, perjury and civil rights violations.
Capt. David Boruchowitz, 42, stands accused of using his position to falsely arrest the former CEO of Valley Electric Association, Angela Evans.
He also is accused of committing wire fraud by issuing press releases falsely stating that Evans arrest was the result of a court-authorized process, when she was actually arrested under false and fraudulent pretenses and without probable cause, according to a statement from the U.S. attorneys office.
The indictment further alleges that the false arrest was part of a larger scheme to defraud the former CEO of her job by falsely alleging in various court documents that the CEO embezzled services from the VEA, the U.S. attorneys office said.

Watching MSNBC with H. Clinton and she looks and sounds AMAZING.
She is tearing apart Benedict Donald piece by piece.
This is an amazing, strong woman.

Judge Rejects Trump's Effort to Short-Circuit Georgia Election Case
A Georgia judge on Monday forcefully rejected an effort by former President Donald J. Trump to throw out evidence collected by a special grand jury and to remove the current prosecutor from the investigation into Mr. Trumps attempts to overturn his 2020 election loss in the state.
Judge Robert C. I. McBurney of the Fulton County Superior Court wrote in a nine-page order that Mr. Trump did not have the legal standing to make such challenges before indictments were handed up. The judge said the injuries that Mr. Trump claimed to have suffered from the two-and-a-half-year investigation are either insufficient or else speculative and unrealized.
The order comes on the cusp of the investigations culmination. The office of the Fulton County district attorney, Fani T. Willis, a Democrat, is expected to present potential indictments in the matter to a regular grand jury by mid-August.
A special purpose grand jury, which did not have indictment power, interviewed dozens of witnesses and subpoenaed documents over the course of roughly seven months. Then, the jury issued an advisory report that recommended the indictment of a number of people for violations of Georgia laws, according to the jury forewoman.

GOOD!!!!
But I'll bet my pension that MTG, Goetz, Boebert, and others will condemn Pres. Biden for sharing this evidence against their puppet master.
Biden Orders U.S. to Share Evidence of Russian War Crimes With Hague Court
WASHINGTON President Biden has quietly ordered the U.S. government to begin sharing evidence of Russian war crimes in Ukraine with the International Criminal Court in The Hague, according to officials familiar with the matter, signaling a major shift in American policy.
The decision, made by Mr. Biden in recent days, overrides months of resistance by the Pentagon, which had argued that it could pave the way for the court to prosecute American troops, according to the officials.
It was unclear why Mr. Biden let the impasse linger or what finally led him to resolve it, but he has been under mounting bipartisan pressure to act. Last week, for example, a Senate committee approved a government funding bill that had a provision stating that the president shall provide information to the court to assist with its investigations into war crimes in Ukraine.
American intelligence agencies are said to have gathered information including details about decisions by Russian officials to deliberately strike civilian infrastructure in Ukraine and forcibly deport thousands of Ukrainian children from occupied territory. Already, they have shared some of that evidence with Ukrainian prosecutors but had refrained from doing so with The Hague.

Desmond Doss Was the Only Conscientious Objector to Receive the Medal of Honor in World War II
Desmond Doss' service prior to the Battle of Okinawa
Desmond Doss completed his training and was assigned as a medic with the 2nd Platoon, Company B, 1st Battalion, 307th Infantry Regiment, 77th Infantry Division. Undoubtedly his best-known actions were during the Battle of Okinawa, but this wasn't the first time he saw combat.
The 77th were first sent to Guam in July 1944. While there, Doss quickly earned a reputation for his bravery, treating his injured comrades even under the heaviest of enemy fire. For his actions, he was awarded a Bronze Star.
The 307th was eventually transferred from Guam to Leyte, where Doss continued his stellar medical aid in combat, for which he was awarded a second Bronze Star. By this point, he'd more than proven himself to his unit as someone who would risk his own life to save theirs.

This is the face of a true war hero, who was willing to sacrifice his life so that others may live, unlike today's "patriots" who are nothing more than what Desmond Doss fought against.
If you haven't seen the movie, Hacksaw Ridge, I highly recommend that you watch it, it's quite fascinating.

Hey, here's a thought about the Faux/Dominion settlement,
suppose, just suppose, that Dominion settled to let Smartmatic carry the torch and go to trial against Faux Snooze?
I know it's a stretch, but it's something to think about.
Peace out

Wow!!!!.
A repuke who actually gets it.
Although I do have to be fair, most repukes, and Democrats, do get the fact that we do have to confront China on their intent to integrate Taiwan into the Chinese mainland by force if necessary.
Can't wait for the obvious China defenders to chime in.
Taiwan threat from China serious, House GOP chairman says
WASHINGTON (AP) The chairman of the House Select Committee on China said Saturday the U.S. must take seriously the threat posed to Taiwan, as Beijing launched military drills around the island in the aftermath of the Taiwanese president's meetings with American lawmakers.
Rep. Mike Gallagher, R-Wis., who attended the meeting with President Tsai Ing-wen in California last week, told The Associated Press that he plans to lead his committee in working to shore up the island government's defenses, encouraging Congress to expedite military aid to Taiwan.
I think it all just points to what is obvious, Gallagher told the AP, arguing that Chinese President Xi Jinping is intent on reunifying Taiwan with the mainland.
"We need to be moving heaven and earth to enhance our deterrence and denial posture, so that Xi Jinping concludes that he just cant do it," Gallagher said

Alvin Bragg Rips House GOP Chairs After Additional Inquiries Into Trump Case

Bragg, who slammed the GOP leaders unprecedented inquiry in a letter earlier this week, took on a second co-authored letter about the case from Reps. Jim Jordan (R-Ohio), James Comer (R-Ky.) and Bryan Steil (R-Wis.) three officials who lead the House Judiciary, Oversight and Administration committees, respectively.
Bragg, in his response on Saturday, asserted that his office evaluates cases based on facts, the law and the evidence.
It is not appropriate for Congress to interfere with pending local investigations, Bragg wrote.
