Across the Desk S4:E17 (New Oklahoma Congressional Maps & The Art of the (R) Gerrymander)

On a previous episode of Across the Desk: The new map for U.S. House districts in Oklahoma finally came out for public view just before the vote on it and it's pretty much as you would have guessed. They kept Tulsa county pretty much in tact. But Oklahoma County? Split up into 3 of Oklahoma's 5 Districts. Gerrymandered? It just might be.

Across the Desk - S4:E3 (Oklahoma Sen. James 'The Traitor' Lankford - Finding Credibility)

On a previous episode of Across the Desk, Kit points out the obvious about James Lankford and the current situation he finds himself in. On the one hand, the Left thinks he's a traitor for trying to jettison the Republic. (Well, there's evidence to suggest just that! It's in the episode.) And the Right thinks he's a traitor for not being authoritarian enough because he couldn't go through with his planned soft coup. So what does James do? Get out in front of every platform he can to show how divisive, and petty he can be in a bid to be 'relevant'.
