Russians from entering their country? Have we talked about inviting Russians in the US to go back where they came from?
Have any states and localities taken a hard look at the Russian enclaves that have sprung up within their borders in the past 30 years?
Trump made it ok to hate "the others" worldwide and in the open. Thus,
this turn from tolerance and humanity and compassion has weakened resolve within and among western nations. Sadly, to me at least, this means that western nations within themselves do not continue to have the unified resolve to make the sacrifices and carry out the actions against Russia that they had 30 years ago. Hence you see, even in America, a creeping tolerance for evil, corruption . racism, bigotry, misogyny, and homophobia--the social evils we thought we were making global strides against.
Indeed, this makes Trump the most consequential President in history since Abe Lincoln. Think about it. At least 25% of the voting public and 90% of GOP support Russian aggression.
Whatever happened to our angst against "communism and communists?" I am old enough to remember when everything Russian was communist (at least in the minds of the unthinking).
Ahh...if only Russia produced something we could boycott.

Whatever the outcome of this attack by Putin, when it is over over there, FOX news and all their
hosts should be banned and taken off the air for good. They are largely fascists, Nazi-loving racists with too much money and way too much power by being allowed to smear their shit over the airwaves.
Do we have any patriotic corporations in America? Will they sacrifice anything to help President as
he tries to preserve democracy here and among our allies and freedom-seeking friends???
We can't even get unity behind wearing a simple mask to fight a pandemic.
What is happening in Ukraine will not stay in Ukraine. Everything that was predicted about Putin's actions was true and is happening now. What now?

Another evil bully is getting away with murder. Why can good decent men get assassinated and these evil bullies seem to get away with every imaginable evil deed?
I am hoping that the fascist Republicans here supporting Putin have shown enough of their
true loyalties to change the minds of many voters who were deciding their votes based on false charges of CRT being taught and vote according to their patriotic senses and vote ALL GOP out of office.
Wonder if Russian alcoholism and amphetamine addictions will be a problem for their military?
Not being smirky. A serious question. I know three families that adopted from Russia. ALL four children had fetal alcohol syndrome. One was taken back. The two that were siblings had to have serious medical treatments on-going today after three years. The other one, now a young adult, married with two children, is doing good except for problems with seizures of some kind.
Years ago, I remember some talk of why Gorbachev was so fed up. Anyone else know anything about this?
