56. I think the absolute worst I've heard is Merle Haggard's 'Santa Claus and Popcorn'

Of those that I hear rather more frequently, it's probably a tie between 'Wonderful Christmastime' (*not* McCartney's finest hour) and 'White Christmas'. I think in the latter case it's not so much the song itself, as that it feeds into the myth that Christmas has got to be white.
