13. Republicans will not always have such poor candidates

Your point is valid but not something we can count on nationally. I don't want to wait and hope for a blue tsunami. We need to fight and organize for every vote.

One thing this means not taking any groups for granted. Be it black men and women, latinos, etc. or groups suffering under current economic conditions (coal minors for example).

Republicans have told some of these groups they will help them and they responded by voting for them. If dems continue to ignore these groups we doom ourselves.
