There are many over weight people his age with decent CBC scores and blood pressure. I'm a little younger and have similar scores and lower cholesterol. Is it good to be overweight? No.... Always working on losing pounds myself. But it's not like this is an impossibility or a lie by the doctor. Good for Trump that he appears healthy. Doesn't mean he won't die tomorrow. There are lots of young men in their 40's in good shape who die of heart attacks. Personally I'm more concerned about the misleading information about the mental status test. The test he was given is not a test given to assess personality disorders or over all "mental" wellness. It means he is oriented to time and place at that given moment. It means he is not confused. Psychotic people pass the test and it is not a diagnostic tool for personality disorders. The message lay people hear when he passed that test is that he is mentally well. That is not the case and that gives me far more alarm than the numbers on a scale.
