It should. And it should be passed, too. Might as well get some things done while they don't have a resolution to the shutdown. It's time to get to work.

Here are some other bills that should have bipartisan support and should be easy to write:

President cannot fire Special Counsel

CHIP

Decriminalize marijuana usage
