Without net neutrality, ISPs can hold their customers hostage, even the ones paying high prices. They do this by demanding money from companies to avoid throttling of their content. Doesn’t matter how much the customer pays the ISP, they are still throttled if the website has not paid additional money to the ISPs.

You can use the Wehe app (android and iOS devices) to see if your ISP is throttling.
