It's mainly the right-wing's professional swiftboaters, of course, plus other divisive forces. This forum is a gathering place for some of those latter, so of course it gets the treatment.

What works for conservatives works on others too, and many have been taking in poison messages wrapped around the name Pelosi for a long time now.
