any Americans with being knowingly involved with the 13 Russians' manipulation of social media, or that it changed the outcome of the election. The purpose of the investigation was not to determine whether the Russians' interference changed the outcome, but to find out what they did and how they did it - in part, to prevent it from happening again.

The investigation isn't over by any means. Count on more indictments; this is just the beginning.
