Congress - months ago - voted sanctions against Russia as a penalty for interference in the election - sanctions which Trump has refused to implement.

One - but only one - way to make sure this doesn't happen again if for Russia to pay some price for its actions. Should there be a military response? Of course not. That does not mean there should not be a response.

Yes, we absolutely must get out the vote! Yes, Democrats must be prepared to contest lies and point out foreign involvement. The Democrats need to start hiring the computer folks who can identify foreign ad, bots, etc.
