I hope this kid doesn't plan on going to law school. As stupid as the policy is, he's barking up the wrong
tree, grasping at straws, etc.
Perhaps a better argument might be to state the policy violates their right to privacy under the Due Process Clause
of the 14th Amendment, but good luck with that one too, especially where schools are concerned.
