3. That list is incomplete (which you acknowledge)

There were numerous lynchings in the City of Chicago. I only see one in that list from 1929. Chicago had a pretty serious "race riot" (not my term) in 1919. It all started when a group of white kids were throwing stones at black kids to defend some imagined border at the beach.
