26. Not planning on going away.

I know that it is difficult to accept that there are different point of views other than the dominant discourse, but that is reality. It can be scary when things have been taught and run a certain way without many questions for a long time then some uppity people come around and try to educate you that there are ALOT of people who have different experiences. It is easier to believe that your way is the correct way and any attempt to enlighten you is an attack and imposition of "truths" against your poor oppressed soul.

Finally, I never told you to go away. I told you to move along, as in, you do not have to respond to my posts. You can put me on Ignore, or simply move on. This is an internet forum. We all have our opinions and we can choose to accept those of other people or just continue to hold our own. Whatever you choose to do is up to you. Good luck.
