Russia acting under orders of Vlad Putin interfered in our elections with 2 goals

1) Helping Donald Trump in the election.

2) Hurting Hillary Clinton in the election.

Both Senators Burr (R) & Warner (D) of the Senate Intel Committee are on record
as saying that the agree w/those conclusions.
