Unless he was on drugs or intoxicated or left the scene after a hit and run. Angry as is makes us there’s nothing that implicates him criminally in the snap chat. In fact if this were to go to trial it’s possible the Snapchat bit wouldn’t be allowed as evidence at all for what would probably be a half hearted prosecution anyway.
