Who would be in charge of of blocking internet access to the President? I can see the President and First Lady blocking sites on the internet for their kids, just like any other parents, but who blocks it for other adults?

I’m hoping there is some kind of monitoring for child porn, but that’s illegal. Watching regular porn isn’t, even for minors which is why parents decide whether to block such sites.

Would the Chief of staff decide? If so, then on what grounds and by whose authority?
