His hand gestures don't bother me at all. What I love about him is his freakishly detailed knowledge of whatever election he happens to be talking about. And it's not just that he studies it (of course he does) but he understands the nuances of why things happen the way they do.
I will watch any show on MSNBC (even Tweety) when Steve is at the "big board".
