There is no need for any national strategy to be announced. EVERY House race is specific to each state and district. Every Senate race is specific to each state. The plan from the DNC sure appears to be a winning plan and that is verified by the wins so far in special elections. I have no idea exactly what you, and others, are wanting except instant gratification - and in politics that gets you nowhere. The GOP has been doing a pretty decent job of making it harder for its candidates this fall, as shown by their actions and inactions.
