Obama was regularly sabotaged by Republicans. How many times did he specifically identify them, their ideology and their methods as the problem? Did he ever mobilize Democrats around a specific set of anti-Republican talking points? Or, on the all-too-infrequent occasions when he pointed a finger, did he routinely lead with the word, Congress?
