61. Absolutely NOT !!!

If, as I've seen, one mention the need for Democrats to actually Create Narrative and Promote Narrative and try and Gain the Dominant Narrative in the Public Arena.... Democratic people go crazy with attacks.. from what I've seen most on this site, is SOME think.. cracking a few joKs and throwing a few puns is all that is necessary.

When reality fact is Republicans, not only control the Public Narrative, they dictate what it will be on a daily basis... and Democrats crack a few jokes and sling a few puns... and all the while Republican DOMINATE public narratives.

I see a few things in this site that is really disenchanting as to what I thought would be democratic minded people. some think because they have been here and racked up a few 1000 one liner comments, that they are above the need to promote narrative. Others, get quickly offended and think their avoidance of OP's is a way to exercise their resentment and envy, and others have no concern about what OP to try and keep on top to spread narrative. The site buries post by the minute, and likely its not many options around it.

I see mostly post that deal with some Republican's Dominant Narrative they push as they Control Control what will be the narrative, in which they have Slung out as a Drama Antic, and people flock to it with 10's and 100's of slap stick one liners, but "never gather enough to write counter narratives" and try and promote it to counter republican drama spins.

I see many jokes and puns put to any post that can garner a joke or a pun, but very very little in the sense of actually "thought out interactive and responsive commentary". I see very little generation of commentary that can or does seek to promote Democratic Commentary as a Promoted Narrative.
I don't know for sure, but either there are a lot of older people or people who don't think things through to expound up it. or people who are use to getting by on a puns and a jokes.

If that is the case, America's problem may be far bigger than we are truly addressing. It might even explain why no matter what Trump does it become normalized and on to the next, "drama spin" and a few more puns and jokes, and Trump and Republican do what they want, and again, a few puns and a few jokes, and on to the next drama cycle.
