I am very grateful for all that Nancy has done.
There just comes a time for us all.
We need younger more relatable leadership.
The demographics of the new person aren’t important.
The energy level and age are.

However, I agree we should wait until after the midterms to discuss this and any potentially divisive inter party stuff. We need all oars rowing 🚣‍♀️ the same way until November.
