146. Lots of popular Democrats get bashed here.

It's always been the case.

But I sure have noticed a helluva lot more bashing since the 2016 hacking.

Stories that start, and reinforce, a hurtful narrative on Democratic politicians.

Look around. The Pelosi dashing threads are nearly always the most popular threads here. Same with Ocasio-Cortez threads. She gets more bad press here, more hurtful comments here, than positive ones.

Same with Michael Avennati. That dude has been roasted here Looooooooong before he said he was running last week. DUers couldn't wait to pile on him. Even back when all he did was bash Donald Trump everyday.

It's good we have healthy debate on our party, and our party's candidates. It's good to state your opinions, that's what DU is here for.

But I happen to believe there are provocateurs among us. There are attempts to sully reputations and plant ideas among us that get regurgitated and and become 'commonly knowledge'.
