4. I'm talking about the planners, not the women.

The women lacked intent. In our law the women might or might not be tried for negligent manslaughter because they may not have known anything about the murder plot. But their acts were also not entirely accidental. It's a tough one. But if seated on a jury, I probably would not convict the women unless new facts emerged at trial.
