I was a Bernie supporter throughout the primaries, and literally the day before I went to vote in the California primary, I switched my vote to Hillary. Voted for her in both the primary and the general. Because I realized that we were unlikely to get somebody with her experience, toughness, and ability to get things done anytime soon.
I'm hoping she runs again in 2020. By that time I think Trump will be so unpopular that she'd have an excellent chance of winning. And how satisfying would that be to shove that up all of the Trumpanzee's asses? Trump getting locked up and Hillary as president, with a Dem congress too, something she would not have had if she had won in 2016.
There mere thought of how satisfying that would be is enough to make me support her all the way in the hopes of it happening. The fact that she would be an amazing leader with a Dem congress backing her up is just one hell of a cherry on top.
