That specification makes it clear that the Feds have not prosecuted them for RICO violations to date.

If NYS believes that the activities of Cohen & Friends & Ex-Friends rise to a violation of the state's Enterprise Corruption law - New York's version of a Rico statute - does this help NYS prosecutors get around the state's double jeopardy rule (which precludes them from prosecuting someone who has already been tried in Federal Court on the same charges).
