1. To be fair, he ought to randomly show up to know the reality, vs a pre-arranged visit.

So I can see why he'd reject any PR-driven tours.

Now, if they told him the address and hours of every fulfillment center, and told security to let him into any FC he chose to inspect at any time of his choosing immediately and without fanfare/announcing a visitor was in the building, and he still rejected it... that'd be a touch different. And I somehow doubt Amazon would agree to do that.
