I still can't understand what the big fuss about the op-ed is all about? [View all]

Here is the summary of the Op-ed.

"Trump is crazy. Bat shit crazy. And we are making sure to deal with it"

Why is that a big deal? .. when everyone.. and I mean EVERYONE .. already knows this. And I sure would hope that someone is nannying Trump.

And to me the op-ed might as well be written by Capt. Obvious. What am I missing?
