(2,851 posts)That said. (And I am speaking ONLY about tRump, here not you nor anyone else). Cheetolini was not born with a fat ass. His family genetics didn't give him a fat ass or massive belly. Photographs from his early youth and well into the mid-90s depict him as a relatively fit-looking man in his fifties. He didn't look to have an ounce of fat anywhere, especially his belly or butt. Do people get heavier with age? Yes. Many - indeed, most - do put on more adipose tissue from the age of about 50 and into their elder years. Many don't. Cheetolini's weight gain is due not only to fact that metabolism slows a percentage over the age of about 30 by about 10% for most people, and thereafter about every 5 years by several percentage points. Metabolism is hard to challenge with diet and decreases - as many know - with more stringent low calorie dieting. The effects of that coupled with any reduced activity level will cause weight gain.
In tRump's case, he has a lifelong addiction to fast food, and has sustained a relatively sedentary lifestyle from middle age forward, and from everything I've read, he wasn't that particularly active physically in any structured way throughout his life. Golf is a pretty good activity if one walks the courses and carries his or her own clubs around. Sitting in a golf cart and having one's caddy hoist and carry the heavy clubs ain't a substitute for walking. If you factor in the stress levels this stooge has placed himself in willingly, which raises cortisol - the stress hormone - it's a guarantee of increased weight gain and fat accumulation, especially in the belly and ass.
I don't speak about anyone else in this. I know that there are a great many people who have an endomorphic body type, and trying to stave off the effects of the American convenience food diet and oftentimes a sedentary lifestyle, coupled with endemic stress factors, it is very difficult if not impossible to change the body type to lose weight. But, this is not Cheetolini's problem.
