56. Been there, done that,

plus the stress of running my own business.

Had to fire one of my better employees today, started using racial comments about Pres. Obama.

I don't care about someone's political views, as long as they don't bring it to the work place and I will not tolerate racial comments from my employees, so I had to let him go.
