Collins, Flake & Corker will go along. I think Manchin will support (although he might vote "present" ). The only Republican we might pick off is Murkowski (although she might vote"present" ) It looks to me like the best case is a tie, which Pence will break by saying "yes" and Kavanaugh will be in.
Then Trump can fire Sessions and install Lindsay Graham.

A "no" answer depends upon Collins and Murkowski doing the right thing. Not very likely IMO.
