I suspect the Statute of Limitation ran on everything that happened in Maryland when Kav was in high school. I can't get a clear answer to that from anyone. No one has directly said there was no Statute of Limitation on rape in Maryland in the early '80s. There was one on attempted rape then and it was only a year.
