105. This guy seems to be a flat-out bad lawyer

as in incompetent: contacting potential witnesses before accusations come to light to make sure they're singing the right song? Trying to intimidate them after accusations surface? Has he ever practiced, or did he just go from political operative to appointment to a federal court by a fellow Yalie without doing any legal work in between?
