40. And we men are the WORST about admitting we need to see a doctor.

I get a physical every year. Mainly because when I was growing up, I cant remember HOW many times someone the family knew would die, and I'd hear my parents say "Well, they said if he'd just gone to the doctor when it started bothering him....."
Going every year doesnt guarantee anything, but it certainly doesnt hurt either.
