68. I Have Taken Herbs for Urinary Tract Infections in the Past, With Excellent Results.

I also have cured myself of infectious phlebitis with herbs and fasting. I hate all this sensationalism and propaganda. No talk here about the over one hundred fifty thousand patients per year who die from the side effects of prescription drugs. Heck, even the commercials for the drugs themselves mention death as a possible side effect. And by the way - TV commercials advertising prescription drugs should be illegal. Only one's doctor should be able to decide whether or not you even need a certain drug. TV advertising for prescription drugs violates the doctor - patient relationship; many MDs complain that these patients come into their office convinced that they need a drug they saw advertised on TV - and they know that if they don't give it to them, they will just go on until they find some doctor who will. Hippocrates is rolling over in his grave. The medical / Pharmaceutical racket is hopelessly corrupt. Just thought that I would present the other side of the story here.
