11. Judge didn't know what other facts have come to light, thus couldn't risk lying to the FBI.

He does not know what the FBI knows. Is he so stupid that he would risk prison and lie to save Kavanaugh when he doesn't know what the FBI knows, possibly subjecting himself to charges of lying to the FBI? Maybe he is stupid, but he probably is not that stupid.
