38. Investigate George W. Bush for war crimes.

Bush II started a horrendous and illegal war when he invaded Iraq back in 2003. Most estimates say that somewhere between 400,000 and 600,000 people were killed.

Yet no one in power seems to care. And so someday it will be repeated.
